A little help, when you need it.
Contact Shivam Gupta, creator of Unpause, for app support, account help, or a privacy request.
Include your device, operating system, app version if known, what you tried, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Leave out passwords, payment-card details, and private project notes.
Android preview
Download the Android preview for an ARM64 Android phone. This standalone development preview includes its app code and does not need a development server. It uses a test signing certificate and has no live checkout. It is not a Galaxy Store release. The web app above remains available without installation.
Where are my projects?
Unpause stores projects on the device or browser where you created them. An account connects a Studio purchase; it does not sync projects. To move your studio, export a backup in Your corner, then import that file on the other device. Import replaces the destination studio after confirmation.
Before changing phones
Export a backup and keep it in a safe place. Photos are included in the portable backup. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app can remove your local studio. The web app and native app have separate local storage, even on the same phone.
Account deletion
If you are signed in, open Your corner → Delete account. This deletes your login and linked customer profile separately from your local projects. To remove local notes and photos, use the separate erase-data action. If you cannot sign in, email support from the account’s email address with the subject “Unpause account deletion.” We may need to verify account ownership. Payment providers may retain receipts under their own requirements.
Purchase help
Account deletion may take more than one attempt while the purchase provider finishes cleanup. If the app asks you to wait, try again shortly. If it asks for a recent login, sign out and sign in again. Your local projects stay on this device throughout.
If Studio is available in your build, use Restore purchases with your original store account. For a charge or refund, check your receipt for the payment provider. Email support with the purchase date and product name if you need help; never send a full card number. An unavailable checkout is not a completed purchase.
Reminders and photos
Native reminders need notification permission and can be affected by operating-system scheduling. Photo and camera permissions are optional and requested when you choose those actions. Browser capabilities differ from the installed mobile app.
