These terms apply to Unpause, a personal creative-project memory tool operated by Shivam Gupta.

Your work belongs to you

You retain ownership of your project content. Use Unpause for content you are entitled to keep and for lawful purposes. Do not use account or payment features to impersonate others, compromise the service, or interfere with another person’s access.

Free access and Studio

The free app supports three open projects and finished projects within device and backup-format limits. Studio is designed as a single lifetime purchase that removes the open-project plan limit. There is no recurring Studio subscription in this version. Local storage and format limits still apply.

Purchases are available only in builds with an enabled payment service. The applicable product, price, currency, taxes, and payment terms are shown before confirmation. A lifetime unlock describes access to the Studio features of the product; it does not include perpetual cloud storage or a guarantee that every external platform will remain available forever.

Payments, restoration, and refunds

Your chosen app store or web checkout provider handles payment under the terms shown at purchase. Use Restore purchases where supported and the original store account. A connected Unpause account can associate your entitlement across supported platforms; it does not move your project files. Contact support for assistance, and use your payment provider’s refund process where applicable. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Keep a backup

Projects are stored on your device or in this browser. Signing in does not provide cloud project sync. Export a backup before changing phones, clearing browser data, or uninstalling the app. Importing a backup replaces the local studio only after you confirm it. Keep a separate copy of anything important.

Availability and your decisions

Unpause helps you remember what you chose to make. It does not provide professional instructions, medical advice, or a safety system. You decide whether your project instructions, materials, tools, and environment are suitable. Reminder delivery depends on your device permissions and operating system.

We aim to provide a useful, reliable app, but interruptions, device failures, and provider outages can occur. Local functionality works without an account; network features depend on the relevant service. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
